Goal
Stantec came to Huge for a complete website overhaul to match their new brand guidelines, support new business development, and attract top-notch talent to their global firm. Up against a tight timeline, our team was tasked with building a responsive site running on Adobe CQ — a powerful CMS with a steep learning curve — that gave content creators enough freedom to build webpages out in phases.
Result
We provided Stantec with a fully responsive, component-based system. Each page template came with drag-and-drop areas and a library of features to choose from, providing the right balance of structure and creative freedom.

BetterPress's straightforward service offering was difficult to explain to prospective clients. We had two primary goals: (1) make it easier for clients and prospective clients to understand the value of BetterPress and (2) increase sales.
Results
A few weeks into the launch of the new messaging and one week into the launch of the new site, our client list was 65% larger.

The team behind GoalMine came to Citrrus with a web app in beta and a desire to test a mobile app with current users. I led the interaction and visual design with a quick round of discovery that included stakeholder interviews, a review of competitive services, and an audit of the GoalMine website.
Results
The web app audit revealed that the user experience followed the logic of backend implementation. We were budget and timeline constrained, so I prioritized recommendations to simplify the account creation flow and design an easy-to-scan goals list. We also adjusted the copy, designed playful invite forms, and added encouraging emoticons to create a friendly, encouraging experience.

FINRA asked Threespot to redesign SaveAndInvest.org with two key audiences in mind: members of the military and anyone age 55+. Our number one goal was to create a trustworthy, educational experience that did not alienate either of these distinct groups of people.
Results
Through user testing we discovered that users didn't identify with "military" and "55+" when thinking through financial decisions. We encouraged FINRA to reorganize their content according to a common financial life-cycle instead of audience demographics.
Secondarily, we included visual cues to connect with FINRA's target audiences and guide them to content geared toward their unique needs.
